Gene Brazzell of M&R Realty and Construction has been serving the Midlands of South Carolina since 1975. His extensive background in banking, finance and real estate includes FDIC integration, several local lending institution alliances and considerable local knowledge. As a local real estate broker since 1972, his company’s experience includes comprehensive residential and commercial sales and leasing throughout the area. It also includes oversight of construction and renovation of local homes, houses, condos, apartments and commercial properties.

Gene specializes in new home sales, homes on Lake Murray and homes in many of the established communities in Lexington, Cayce-West Columbia, St. Andrews, Irmo, Columbia and Chapin. Gene’s lending experience and knowledge can guide you in choosing the right type of loan as well as recommend trusted and established lenders. Gene is experienced in Conventional Loans, FHA or Federal Housing Administration Loans, VA or Veterans Affairs Loans, Adjustable Rate Mortgages (ARM) and Bridge Loans (GAP).
